At G.L. Capasso Inc., our employees’ health and safety is our highest priority. Our employees demand, and actively participate in, the establishment of a safe environment by proactively identifying and communicating concerns on the job. All employees are given the authority and responsibility to stop what they are doing and address the situation if they felt it compromises safety. We have developed a comprehensive safety program to support a safe work environment.
- Site visits by G.L. Capasso safety personnel to assure proper procedures are followed.
- Inspections by our insurance carrier’s safety engineers.
- All employees are required to observe safe work procedures and use personal protective equipment.
- G.L. Capasso continually evaluates our safety programs and our management/supervisor performance in the controlling of injuries, illnesses, and incidents.
